Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Magic Sleek products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and customer service.
