Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure efficient production processes.
- Set up and adjust CNC machines, including programming for specific tasks.
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Assemble components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operate stamping presses for metal fabrication and component shaping.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating assembly line machinery and understanding factory processes.
- Experience with CNC operations, including CAM programming.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to assemble mechanical components accurately.
- Knowledge of stamping press operations is a plus.
