Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Support Specialist and Paralegal at Sommers Schwartz PC located in Southfield, MI. The Litigation Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the lawyers in the Firm's Wage and Hour Practice Group (FLSA) including obtaining client documents. the Paralegal will, in addition, assist expert economists to finalize their expert reports and drafting pleadings and motions. Some work from home is acceptable in both positions.

Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Legal Research, Pleadings, and Motions experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies is a plus
