Job Description
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting support duties in a busy multi-entity environment. The position works collaboratively with other departments throughout the company and requires a strong aptitude for details and the ability to work in a time sensitive environment. Strong candidates for this roll will be self starters that are comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.

What you will be doing:
- Process AR invoices and customer deposits in QuickBooks.
- Research customer credits and issue credit memo/refunds as necessary.
- Process AP invoices and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Bi-weekly AP check run.
- Assist with generating PO’s to suppliers.
- Project based work and back up to other Finance personnel
- Providing general administration support as needed
Qualifications
- Associates degree or 1-3 years of accounting experience required
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- QuickBooks and Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented, excellent data entry and communication skills
