The Global Head of Business Information and Advanced Analytics (Insurance) will be responsible for overseeing the definition and the implementation of key enterprise-wide information delivery strategies, data governance and advanced analytics programs and serve as the primary interface between IT and underwriting, claims, actuaries, and finance business units.

What you’ll be doing:
- Implement the comprehensive business information (Data) strategy that was created in 2024.
- Create a cohesive structure that aligns people and process to achieve desired outcomes.
- Internally market and promote the usage of the information asset portfolio management and analytics technology stack
- Envision and gain consensus on the development and maintenance of analytics program portfolios and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to gather their insights and requirements.
- Develop and adapt enterprise-wide data policies, standards, and governance.
- Serve as the primary business relationship manager and liaison for all analytics-related programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts from Technology, Operations, Finance, Claims, and Underwriting to identify and prioritize key systems initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the accomplishments, progress, issues, and market trends related to analytics and its application within the organization.
- Minimum 15 years' of relevant experience at an insurance company
- Bachelors degree in math, science or related degree preferred.
- Experienced leader with strong data and analytics background.
- Proven track record in development and evolving Business Information and Analytics practice in a large financial services organization, ideally in P&C insurance.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to inspired/influence others.
- Experience in developing and maintaining a global data operating model, analytics programs portfolios and roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of data sources, content nuances, rules, and architecture.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning tools and techniques
- Knowledge of data management frameworks ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders from various business units and collaborate effectively with senior organizational leaders from business and IT.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 35%

Salary : $240,000 - $315,000
