Sonar Spark is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure seamless communication among team members. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Allocate resources effectively and track project budgets.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Support project managers in executing strategies and meeting project goals.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
