Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect (Experience – 10 Years)
Description :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect with 10 years of experience to join our team to deliver scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, providing strategic direction for the platform, and ensuring the successful deployment of customer service solutions. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers to deliver optimized service cloud solutions tailored to business needs
Responsibilities :
- To lead, design and develop customization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for Client.
- Define technical architecture for the Service Cloud platform, ensuring integration with other systems.
- Design and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes. Leverage declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder to create and manage automation.
- Oversee the configuration and development of Salesforce features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Console.
- Develop strategies for system upgrades, performance optimization, and user adoption.
- Hands-on experience in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, Code review and Optimization on APEX and LWC (like create and enhance the LWC Page) is mandatory.
- Responsible to prepare Data Model, Provide Technical Tasks as per business requirements and translate the complex business requirements into Salesforce Solutions.
- Responsible to work / develop operational excellence across the cross-functional environment including development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, tracking and reporting of essential metrics for each client project.
