Job Title : Scrum Master

Duration : 12 Months (Contract)

Mode of Work : Remote

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and Scrum methodology.
Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress and ensure continuous flow of work.
Support the team in self-organization and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency. Work towards creating a self-agile team.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Track and provide weekly reports on team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to ensure optimal productivity.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on sprint progress, potential risks, and issues.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to work with remote and cross-functional teams.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove roadblocks effectively.

Preferred:
