Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software engineers, embedded systems engineers, cloud engineers, and related positions globally.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, online job boards, and networking.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the team.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Sonatus's reputation as an employer of choice in the automotive technology industry.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS).
- Maintain compliance with all applicable recruiting laws and regulations.
- 5 years of experience in technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience hiring outside of the US, including Asia and EMEA.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier software engineers and other technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and related fields.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work from our Sunnyvale HQ 3 days a week
