About the Role
The Clinical Quality Specialist will design, implement, and monitor programming to support clinicians delivering high quality client care, from matching through tracking outcomes. This person will use data-driven decision making to iterate and build toward increased effectiveness. This is a highly cross-functional role offering clinical support to multiple internal operational teams as well as clinicians.
What you will do
- Work with Customer Support, Product, Provider Success, Clinical Quality, and Care Coordination teams to create end-to-end clinical roadmaps and SOPs highlighting priorities, KPIs, cross-functional ownership, and workflows.
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and responding to clinical adverse events.
- Assist with identification, monitoring, and interfacing with outliers in our provider group.
- Conduct clinical reviews of clinicians joining SonderMind.
- Work alongside the Clinical Quality Director to ensure we are enabling and ensuring evidence-based practices (including measurement-based care) are utilized effectively.
- Contribute to clinical research development related to delivering high quality clinical outcomes.

The anticipated salary range for this role will be $72,000- $90,000. per year.
