What You Will Do :
- Administrative-focused position assisting with the daily functions and operations of the department
- Answering phones, data entry and customer service.
- Monitor group email
- Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade references
- Process credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenance
- Possible light collections
- Sales tax adjustments
- Other duties as assigned
