Tacoma Screw Products is a distribution company that sells industrial supplies, fasteners and tools to contractors, small and large businesses and individual retail customers since 1946.
We have a unique blend of Wholesale and Retail Customers. Because of this, we are not open during the typical "Retail Hours". We are closed on nights, Sunday, and Holidays.
A day in the life :
The Credit Services Assistant will perform high volume data entry, routine clerical tasks, and business communications tasks for the Credit Services Department. The Credit Services Assistant will also work with internal and external business partners to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Updates, maintains, and reconciles customer account activity.
- Facilitates payments from customers.
- Promptly responds to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners.
- Clerical tasks; scanning, filing, mailing, etc.
- Receive, Review and process new commercial business credit applications
- Review overdue balances and credit limits on customers accounts
- Review and return mail
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
