Are you a polished and passionate leader in hospitality? We are looking for an experienced HotelGeneral Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all daily operations of our hotel,

The GM will manage the hotel team, set and achieve revenue goals, and maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth
operations throughout the hotel. As the Hotel General Manager, you will leverage your
leadership skills to drive operational excellence and create a positive and welcoming
environment for both guests and staff
Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Manage and train staff, provide guidance and support to drive a high level of employee engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, including sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and resolving any guest issues or concerns.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor and operating costs.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

- Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and managing expenses.
