As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for visitors and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information
- Perform Sales Calls and provide leads to Supervisor
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
- Manage phone calls with proper etiquette and redirect as necessary
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure the Lobby and Back Offices are clean
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar customer service role
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and proficiency in phone systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
