The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will manage data flow and support applications for fact-based reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the organization. This role will oversee reporting strategies, support vendor-based tools, organize cross-department knowledge, and enhance internal processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary analyst for the firm's Knowledge Management platform, Foundation .
- Analyze financial, relationship, and engagement data to generate insights that support business growth.
- Maintain firm KPI dashboards and integrate data from PowerBI, Qlik, CRM (InterAction), or Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in analytics and reporting.
- Lead process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency through visualization and analysis.
- Assist in the training of teams on best practices, data interpretation, and the use of analytics tools.
