This includes regular patching, updates, and proactive maintenance to keep their systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a robust patch management strategy for virtual servers
- Perform system updates and patches following best practices and compliance requirements
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and address security threats
- Work with IT operations to ensure effective backup and disaster recovery processes
- Provide technical guidance for deploying new cloud applications and services
- Document maintenance activities, patches applied, and system configuration changes
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issue support
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies to continually improve our infrastructure
