Requirements:
- HR Diploma
- Bi Lingual (English/Spanish)
Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule and staff caregivers according to client needs.
- Manage high volumes of phone calls and emails to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and growth departments on staffing and client issues.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing laws and assist in incident investigations.
- Maintain knowledge of home healthcare regulations and contribute to committee work as needed.

Compensation: $45K Plus up to $200-$1,000 in bonus commission monthly (Based off of productivity and performance)
