Soni Resources is assisting a client near Conshohocken, PA in their search for a Controller! This is a permanent/direct hire role that is in office 4-5 days per week. There is a great growth path available for this hire! The perfect candidate is engaging, flexible, hands-on, and a strong leader.
Responsibilities of a Controller:
- Lead process improvement, implementations, streamlining
- Handle financial reporting
- Oversee financial modeling, and strategic partnerships
- Lead a finance team
Requirements of a Controller:
- 10 years of progressive Finance Leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- SAP or Large ERP experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- MBA and/or CPA would be a plus
- System Implementation experience would be a huge plus
