Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of human resources within their facility. This role is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and team member development, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that drive operational success while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience within a distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting methodologies.
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and HR compliance matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to HRIS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR technology such as Kronos Timekeeper, ADP Payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
