Our client is seeking an HR Director to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites. This role will drive organizational effectiveness, ensure multi-state compliance, and manage both union and non-union labor environments. Key responsibilities include overseeing talent management, employee relations, HR operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce planning, compliance, and developing HR teams in a manufacturing setting.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of advancing HR experience, including 3 years in a multi-site manufacturing leadership capacity
- Proven ability to lead in both union and non-union settings
- Deep understanding of employment regulations across various U.S. states
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Comfortable with frequent travel to multiple manufacturing locations
Preferred:
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Experience implementing HRIS systems or process improvement initiatives
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000
