- Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation for lease transactions, amendments, and renewals.
- Compliance: Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal departments to address lease-related inquiries and issues.
