Required Skills
- At least 5 years of payroll management experience, including expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, with proficiency in UKG or similar platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements in both countries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing benefits, garnishments, and deductions within payroll.
Preferred Skills
