Soni’s client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trust & Estate Tax Preparer/Paralegal to join their Voorhees, NJ office. As a Trust & Estate Tax Preparer/Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fiduciary income tax returns with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in all aspects of probate, trust, and estate administration.
- Prepare and file inheritance, estate, and gift tax returns.
- Prepare, review, and manage fiduciary accountings.
- Provide outstanding client service and support on various trust and estate matters.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience preparing client tax returns.
- 3-5 years of experience with fiduciary accounting (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate (required).
- Experience in trust & estate administration and planning (preferred).
- Prior law firm experience (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
