Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, manage phone systems, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Willingness to learn and stay late some days.
- Prepare individual tax documents.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide support where needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems.
- Familiarity Microsoft applications.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates only! (Spanish)
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
