The Associate Manager, Brand Experience (National Planning) plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of the brand marketing calendar. This role will assist in the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional calendar planning. This role will assist in ensuring alignment across marketing initiatives and maintaining key planning processes to bring the brand experience strategy to life.
The Associate Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of the annual strategic and tactical marketing plan while working cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of product launches. This role will be responsible for managing key planning documents, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and supporting briefing routines to keep marketing plans on track.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects will be critical to success in this role. The associate manager, Brand Experience will report to the Manager, Brand Experience (National Planning).

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Manager, Brand Experience and Director, Brand Experience to support development of annual marketing plans
- Works cross-functionally to ensure the seamless execution of the marketing calendar and go-to-market plans throughout the year
- Track key deadlines and deliverables across calendar initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with annual and tactical plans. Proactively flag timing risks and help problem-solve solutions.
- 4 Year Degree Preferred
- 2 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Research, Data Analytics, Consulting, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including Power Point
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial leader who performs in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Strategically-minded marketer with strong business acumen
- Data-driven thinking with innate curiosity and growth mindset
- Experience and desire to understand the brand DNA, including but not limited to market size, competitive positioning, target consumer segments
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive to a smart business solution
- Ability to product manage and deliver on deadlines
