Basic job duties for General Manager in training:
· Manage, train, and coach crew members and carhops
· Assigning and directing employees as needed
· Monitor and ensure food safety and food quality
· Monitor and ensure excellent customer service and speed
· Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the store
· Perform closing/opening duties· Handle customer complaints
Requirements:·
At least 20 years old· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
· Must have reliable transportation
· 2 plus years of prior management or leadership experience
· General knowledge of restaurants and food safety
· Must be able to stand 80%-90% of their shift and lift to 40lbsAdditional qualifications:
· Serv-Safe restaurant manager certification (we will pay to receive if you do not have)
· Dedicated individuals who have a history of achieving goals and developing teams
· Friendly smiling faces with a professional appearance
