Role Summary
Sonic Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will support our clients by providing top-notch service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, helping to resolve inquiries, provide insurance guidance, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the flexibility to work from our Ponte Vedra Beach office and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs and provide personalized solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Uphold company standards for client experience and service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A valid insurance license (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with insurance management software or CRMs is a plus
