The Laboratory Scientist I will execute both routine and complex patient sample extractions, conducting thorough analyses using LC-MS / MS or HPLC techniques while adhering to SRL protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare non-critical solutions, including mobile phases and buffers.
- Conduct automated and routine liquid-liquid extractions, supported liquid extractions, SPE extractions, or dilute and shoot methods.
- Plan and execute laboratory work independently.
- Document all procedures promptly and clearly.
- Perform basic maintenance and setup of LC-MS / MS or HPLC instruments.
- Monitor assays using LC-MS / MS or HPLC instruments effectively.
- Apply essential troubleshooting skills for instrumentation.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness by cleaning glassware, managing biohazard waste, and upkeeping small equipment.
- Assist with filing paperwork linked to daily production operations.
- Support inventory management of laboratory supplies.
