This is a full-time position during first shift hours.
In this exciting role, you will :
- Act as a technical expert and a recognized leader within the Core Laboratory.
- Play a crucial role in the patient care process through moderate and high complexity testing.
- Thoroughly analyze, review, and report testing results accurately.
- Identify when corrective actions are necessary and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Perform well in a fast-paced laboratory environment, mindful of biological and chemical hazards.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control methodologies.
- Assist in the technical transfer of new assays from R&D to production.
- Lead designated special projects as assigned.
