Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Window and doors sales and business development, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage outside sales initiatives. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies that enhance market presence and achieve sales targets.

Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and forecast future sales trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and market demands.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development and competitive advantages.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position within the Construction sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
