PARTS SPECIALIST

Overview

Provides outstanding service for our valued customers!   Corresponds with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing for Equipment Department.  Assists Regional Sales Managers & Director of Sales in assigned territories.  Primary functions are to process equipment orders, monitor phone queues and email box and to address and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Processes parts requests
• Communicates with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing.
• Manages the customer order from start to finish, from time of entry through delivery.
• Answer calls for the Service Department.
• Convert Quotes to Orders and process all related paperwork, utilizing CRM system.
• Process Custom Orders once approved by Customer.
• Verifies to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' requests.
• Provide reconciliation to customer in order to collect payment.
• Process and track pre-shipment paperwork, order changes and payments.
• Process all Drop Ship orders and coordinate for delivery with equipment.
• Coordinate any delivery date changes with Planning and Vendors.
• Assist customer with any problems on order after delivery.
• Assist customer with RMA/Returns request as necessary.
• Addresses & resolves customer issues, escalates as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Document workflow and work procedures.
• Demonstrate Enthusiasm - be a positive and encouraging presence in the office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous Inside Sales and/or support experience 2 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Car Wash Industry Experience a plus, but not required
• SAP experience a Plus!
• High School Diploma/GED required
