While reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Senior Director, as the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco’s core competencies which include Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership / Teamwork / Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, Innovation, and Execution / Accountability within the (Location) plant.
What you’ll be doing :
- Developing the plants annual operating budget
- Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
- Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
- Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction
This position is located in Woodland, WA.
