Assistant Site Director-Child Care Program
Pay rate: $18.40-$26/hour (based on experience)
This position is part-time. Schedule to requires availability from 1p-6p, weekdays.

Our Assistant Site Directors provide program development & implementation, collaborating with the Director as needed. They maintain supervision of children while working as a member of the child care team, directing staff through mentoring and skill development.

Successful candidates for this position possess the following skills-
- Strong communication skills.
- Supportive of diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
- Critical thinking & decision making.
- Emotional maturity.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Must have at least 6 months’ experience working with children in a classroom and camp setting.
- Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
- Must have weekday availability, 1p-6p.
- A minimum of 12 college units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Physical Education, or any courses within the Social Science fields.
