Pool and hot tub water service manager
Job description: Primary: Manage Field Technicians and over 200 water service customers on a daily basis using our SalesForce software. Update customer accounts based on completed Work Orders from field technicians. Schedule route cleanings and repairs. Utilize Custom reports for tracking status of each customer asset. Keep track of needed supplies for technicians. Communicate using our internal Slack channels for ordering and receiving supplies. Sign up new customers for water service, email out estimates and Invoices. Go out in the field to access new hot tub and or pool service. Gather all necessary data to build the asset in SalesForce.
Secondary job roll: Back up the front counter person when store gets busy. Perform water tests in store using our Spin Lab analysis machine, Discuss test results with customers and advise on what products to purchase. Assist with Receiving packages and Inventory updating on a daily basis. Meet vendor drivers at offsite warehouse when large shipments come in. Help keep supplies organized in warehouse.

Duties
- Supervise and train a team of pool service technicians in best practices for pool cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of pools to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the use of power tools and hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for pool service operations.
- Develop maintenance schedules for pools to ensure timely servicing and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, equipment used, and any repairs needed.
Skills
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in pool cleaning and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical systems.
- Experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all aspects of pool service.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
