Entry Level Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provide top notch customer service and support during in person interactions
- Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to client practises
- Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
- Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team
- Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings as needed
- Goal-oriented and driven
- Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
- Customer Service background preferred, by not required
- Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
- Ability to work both in teams and individually
