Key Client Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with our telecommunication clients

• Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's unique needs and goals
• Marketing and Sales Expertise:
• Execute marketing and sales for assigned clientele
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies in marketing and promotions
• Provide expert guidance to clients on developing effective marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to their specific needs
• Solution Development:
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop tailored marketing and promotional solutions that meet client objectives
• Present innovative ideas and strategies to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business
• Campaign Management:
• Oversee the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring success and building relationships with key personnel at local businesses and with customers
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide clients with regular reports and insights on the performance of their marketing and sales activities

• Proven experience in client services, sales, marketing and promotions industry is a plus
