- Supervise and mentor phlebotomists and ancillary staff to ensure excellent patient service and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement process improvements, manage budgets, and monitor expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or service issues and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Degree consistent with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in phlebotomy or test management, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of clinical laboratory procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
