Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at [Clinic Name]. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Verify patient insurance information and process billing and payment.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
- Assist with managing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient care processes.
- Handle patient concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree or relevant certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with EHR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.07 - $21.00 per hour
