Key Responsibilities :
Promote and demonstrate new solutions during product launch trainings.
Support sales of all products within the region, with a primary emphasis on Sales Representative accounts.
Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored product solutions for accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met through personal or group training.
Provide remote support via phone and e-learning as required.
Represent Phonak at national, state, and regional meetings, and at consumer marketing events like Open Houses.
Achieve required customer visits per week and maintain accurate documentation in CRM system.
Manage territory within OPEX guidelines and maintain expense reporting weekly.
Act as a mentor to new Clinical Training employees.
Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.
What We’re Looking For :
Education : Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology required.
Experience : 3 years in hearing aid sales or dispensing, clinical or territory sales / training role. Phonak experience is a plus.
Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge : Proficient in hearing aid technology and industry practices.
Other Qualities : Self-driven, organized, a team player, and strong follow-through abilities.
Tech : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
