The Project Manager HR Shared Services will oversee the execution of the HR Shared Service roll-out, focusing on expanding it across three regions by 2027. This initiative aims to standardize HR service delivery globally while meeting local needs.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves managing project logistics, organizing meetings, tracking actions, documenting decisions, and supporting stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Project Manager HR Shared Services
The Project Manager HR Shared Services will oversee the execution of the HR Shared Service roll-out, focusing on expanding it across three regions by 2027. This initiative aims to standardize HR service delivery globally while meeting local needs.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves managing project logistics, organizing meetings, tracking actions, documenting decisions, and supporting stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the coordination and execution of the HR Shared Services project roll-out across regions.
- Track project progress, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring they are escalated and addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
- Implement new or enhanced processes for service optimization and improvement.
- Conduct bench testing and process validation as per QMS & SOP.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare and distribute materials, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Support the Program Manager with reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Work closely with the global team, operations, engineering, and R&D teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives, such as Kaizens, to enhance operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a project management or PMO role.
- Experience in HR Shared Services, process standardization, and service delivery.
- Familiarity with global transition projects and SSC setups is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Experience with HR systems and technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
