Key Account Manager - Mountain States
- Execute initiatives to protect and grow the Key Accounts in the US, and to gain new business from target accounts
- Utilize resources and partnership program to expand services and tailor solutions to meet the needs of each key account
- Execute key initiatives
- Identify partnership program target accounts
- Identify opportunities within each key account and utilize the sales funnel to grow and win new business
- Complete RKAM certifications and curriculum as assigned
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and support
- Work with customers to create strategies to achieve their business goals
- Contract and pricing negotiations
- Comply with internal policies and procedures, including documenting customer visits in Salesforce
- Maintain timely and accurate expense reporting in Concur
- Comply with all local, state and federal laws and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel up to 75%
- The sales performance of the top accounts within their geographic area of coverage, as identified as defend / grow / acquire targets
- Growth among targeted accounts within the region
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology a plus
- 7-10 years related experience managing large customer accounts
- Experience in the hearing healthcare industry and/or business consulting a plus
- Proficient knowledge of HI technology and industry practices, experience fitting Phonak products a plus
- Strong problem solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
- Actioned oriented team player that drives for results
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships
- Works well in team environment with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM systems a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
