Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Maintenance Supervisor located in Beaverton, Oregon. The Technical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical maintenance and support, troubleshooting issues with diagnostic ultrasound equipment, managing customer service interactions including providing technical support on diagnostic ultrasound equipment, and ensuring consistency within the technical department.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the completion of daily purchase orders
- Lead and train maintenance technicians
- Plan, schedule, and assign repair and testing tasks
- Develop and implement parts testing and maintenance plans and procedures
- Ensure adherence to repair processes and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with the team and other members of management
Qualifications
- Expertise with technical support and troubleshooting of diagnostic ultrasound equipment (Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of hands-on experience)
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to organize workload, relate with the team, make firm decisions, and promote a positive workforce environment
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality in all aspects of work
- Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer Service experience
Compensation
- Salary varies depending upon experience
- Free medical within 30 days of hire and paid vacation after 90 days

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
