Sonrava Health is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will play a dual role in providing legal counsel to the organization while also leading and managing the company’s compliance programs. This role is critical in ensuring our organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while mitigating risk and supporting business objectives.

Qualifications
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to at least one state bar is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in health care law, with at least 3 years in a compliance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulations.
- Experience with health care services, managed care organizations, or health technology is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
