Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations : Organize and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to ensure its efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization’s culture and needs. Oversee the execution of the TA strategy to drive organizational growth.
- Team Leadership : Lead high-performing recruiting teams across 500 offices nationwide, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and team collaboration.
- Strategic Partnerships : Establish and nurture strong relationships with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to deeply understand business needs, enabling the development of tailored talent acquisition strategies that support scaling across all business units.
- Talent Support : Proactively assist leaders across the organization in meeting their talent needs, vision, and business goals, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive success.
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition : Own and manage the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment processes.
- Design and Implementation of Talent Strategies : Lead the creation and execution of talent strategies to meet current and future business demands. Focus on innovative solutions that align with Sonrava Health’s evolving business needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Total Rewards, Engagement, and Learning & Development teams to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, ensuring organizational growth and success.
- Stakeholder Alignment : Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of TA services.
- Strategic Advisor : Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, guiding the development and deployment of diverse talent acquisition strategies. Provide expert counsel to align TA efforts with broader business goals.
- Creative Sourcing : Innovate and think creatively to attract and engage talent through unconventional and proactive sourcing strategies.
