Operations Support - Flooring Division

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software applications and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• General operations support to Flooring Operations Supervisor including but not limited to; review work orders for accuracy, scheduling support, communications with Project Managers.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or installers inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing installer equipment supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with experience flooring installation.
• Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
