Duties

- Facilitate therapeutic group activities and engage patients in meaningful conversations to promote emotional well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Support crisis intervention efforts as needed, employing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in mental health or psychiatric care are preferred.
- Previous experience working in a psychiatric or mental health setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required pre-employment screenings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
