We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with facilities management to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and enhance service delivery.
- Support leasing efforts through upselling available units and promoting property amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues proactively.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in using office software and property management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
