Overview
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Admission manager and Health Information department, assisting in daily office needs. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (Part-time available as well)
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts
