Role Description:
Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Construction accounting: Managing the unique financial aspects of construction projects, including job costing, retainage, and specialized billing and revenue recognition methods.
- Balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Qualifications:
