• Prepare and portion ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, preparing sauces, etc.).
• Assist in making pasta, doughs, and other scratch-made Italian ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper food storage and labeling.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen.
Assist with basic cooking tasks such as sautéing, boiling, and assembling dishes.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Support chefs and line cooks in meal preparation and plating during service.
• Help with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed.
